    The recipe I have cooks the bread at 400. 10 minutes uncovered and 40-45 covered with foil to keep it from burning. Did your recipe do that?

    Maybe the salt helped. I would make sense....but I also think the sauna helped. Who knows maybe the supplements you were taking had some effect also.

    I'm sorry for your dad being SO insensitive. I have a bosch that I used before being gluten free but it was kept clean and is only about 4-5 years old. I still use it and haven't gotten sick but I'm not super sensitive. If it is scratched (how did it get that way) then it may be more of a problem.     I went up and fixed it. I combined the results. They are a mixture of IgM and IgG depending on which one was higher.

    I would think the plastic would be a little deformed after microwaving. I put some plastics on the bottom shelf of the dishwasher just cause I had so many after throwing so much out. Some of them did fine, others warped. Yes, I know, dishwashers are not microwaves. Wow, that's great. It's amazing what gluten can do to a body isn't it...

    Yay for finishing your medicine and for your liver being ok! I'll be curious to hear what this new doctor says. I hope you can get the fibroids or cysts taken care of quickly. That doesn't sound like fun. Carla already answered.....this wouldn't be Donna as they boarded on the 26th.
