  1. I've been there but haven't compared prices. I don't buy the premix flours and treat stuff. You can just go in and browse around. It seems that some of there stuff was more than wild oats and some was less. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
  2. The following snippet is from a comment on an article called "bread may be the culprit behind acne". I don't necessarily agree with all of Mercola's stuff but a lot of it makes sense. Anyway, my inquiring mind wonders if the 10-20% of the population means the worldwide population and if they are the ones with the dq4.
  3. Hi Carla, Give Morgan a hug for me. Don't apologize for having a long post. You have been through a lot. Is eos something of which you can eat the problem food on occasion? When do you go in for the scope? Was that Wednesday? Hoping for some answers for you. I hope for answers for everyone. Miamia, How are you?
  4. I'll be calling tomorrow probably. I did call my church today to put in a prayer request. My pastor told me we are the fourth family going through a death or impending death recently. I'm just hoping he can hold on until I get down there. I'm a little mad that the doctors didn't catch this. He's had ct scans, one a year since he had his other kidney...
  5. Rachel, Thank you for sharing. That was a very poignant post. It brings tears to my eyes. Yes, you have angels that watch over you and one of them was that naturopath doctor. Wow, I think she'd be both pleased and surprised and touched that you remembered her. I'm also worried about Evie. I don't have her number or I would have called...
  6. Laura, I'm sorry you aren't feeling real well. I'll be glad when this is over for you. You don't have to post if you're not up to it. As long as we know you're ok and not in the hospital.
  7. Thank you so much for the kind and informative post Amy. My daughter is the most vocal and she is looking foward to seeing her Grandpa. She knows he is dying, we haven't told her more than that yet. On the surface (or rather beneath it), she has a little knowledge of what death is and that people are buried when they die. None of my kids would be able...
  8. If you REALLY don't want to go, maybe they'll understand. You probably would have fun though.
  9. hmmmmmm, misery LOVES chocolate chips (enjoy life that is). Hubby just brought some home for me. I think it was the opposite with me and my brother.....he's older. I was mostly a good kid though. No scientificness. I'm so sad....I look forward to your appointment updates.
  10. I'll be calling him this weekend. Your sauna story.
  11. I'm speechless. I hope mine don't get any ideas like that. Luckily the computer is in site of the table.
  12. Sounds very interesting. I will be waiting for updates. I like Richards advice. Rachel, Missed ya. Will also wait for your update. Rinne, Glad the sauna went well....without the headache/migraine. Hi Julie! Off to get the baby in his high chair so the kids can feed him.
  13. Sounds like my kind of place.
  14. Meredith! Good to see you. Ouch with the sunburn. Can't wait til your stateside again. Thanks for posting the 4 agreements. Enjoy your sauna this morning and yea for more pillows! back at ya and everyone else. That's true isn't it. I couldn't believe when I checked email you had still been posting so late. I'm tired and I...
  15. I was going to demand a picture. Don't forget I adopt everyones pets. Rachel, like Susan said, snap out of it. You do have lyme and the bioset lady is getting you ready for treatment. Didn't you say you were going to bed early? This is mother hen reporting for duty. Susan, That's so nice of you to offer to be contacted by...
  16. Maybe it hasn't totally hit her yet. You'd have lots of care. If nobody down there was available, I'd find a way to come down.
  17. We missed you parachuting in too. Thanks for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. To be robbed of someone without the chance to say goodby would be hard indeed. My husband lost a co-worker in a hit and run earlier this year (he was 35). He left behind a daughter (I think she's around 9) and a son who was about 2-3. It's hard on the spouses...
  18. I would put the rest on a gluten free diet for dinner's anyway. That way your youngest can participate in the meal. He could have ground beef as far as I know. I don't buy supermarket beef so I don't know if there is an issue with that. My almost 12 month old just tried some tiny pieces of ground beef tonight. He only has 3 teeth. Your little one should...
  19. I went off soy in February and found out later that I was intolerant to it. I haven't wanted to test it to see what reactions I would have. Soy lecithin and soy oil are touted as being ok, but many people still react to them. It's really a personal choice. Probably wouldn't hurt for the occasional thing, I wouldn't worry about it....unless you start...
  20. By all means go get something to eat. Hubby got home in time to cook for me tonight.
  21. Richard! I see you. Good to have you back. That's sounding pretty restful.
  22. fest! Julie, Thanks for the note. I'll write back later tonight, probably much later.
  23. Thanks Bev. I'm hoping he'll hold on until we get there. Two weeks suddenly seems like a really long time. Your story about your mom and going to heaven. Accupuncturist. Unbelievable.
