  1. Still getting errors trying to watch the documentary.
  2. I'm fine. My reference to my ears is that my hearing is poor, on top of eczema in the outer canals. Haven't talked to my father yet. I plan on calling him this weekend sometime. I'm 40 Carla. I just like looking out for people. If only my daughter appreciated it.
  3. Finally caught up. I bookmarked the pages you linked Rachel. I haven't had a chance to watch the trailer yet. My computer was being schizoid earlier and I don't know if Mitch rebooted. I'll try and look at it tomorrow. I'm soaking everything in, kinda. I've just been skimming stuff, but since it's bookmarked I at least have it if I need it. I figure...
  4. Thanks for sharing.
  5. Welcome Hawkfire. Feel free to drop in anytime you want. I see you question was answered.....just wanted to welcome you to the thread.
  6. From what I've read, it can be carried by fleas (and I think mosquitoes).
  7. I do that too. Have fun Laura!
  8. Good morning everyone! I finally had time to catch up. I'm with Susan.....it sounds like a possible lyme diagnosis for Donna, Carla, Mia, Julie, Bev, Susan. I'm also thinking Judy. Have I missed anyone? Well all the kids have the cold their Daddy brought home. That's why Seth hasn't been sleeping well. I'm sure I'm not far behind. To many...
  9. That is great that you met someone face to face. I will be curious to read about what she thinks as you start getting test results and going through treatments. Great news Susan! Glad you enjoyed your first day. Rachel, Ranting is totally allowed.
  10. Laura, Hope you feel better real soon. Have a fun weekend and we'll see you next week.
  11. We like enjoy life too. Pretty expensive, but good.
  12. I'm beginning to wonder myself. Dr. Blaylock also linked those with excitotoxins. I would make sense that they are different manifestations of lyme though wouldn't it. Are you going to check into lyme from igenix? Do you think it's possible any of your breakouts could be something like Rachel was saying she went though?
  13. Yep, my herd is growing. Luckily hubby was home when this one was listed. I'm bidding on another one that was listed when he was sleeping. Won't know if I got that one til next week. I didn't copy over all the pictures of all the ones I have.
  14. I'm not an expert but agree with the previous poster. Bloodlines, disposition and the way they are handled/raised make a difference. I once was helping with puppies that my old 4h leader was breeding and raising (bull mastiffs). The mother of this pup was known to be mean primarily because she was trying to protect her master from the man of the house...
  15. I use Redmund Real Salt for my cooking. Glad to know that it's a good salt. New avatar. Another one that had my name on it. Don't really have the money....
  16. Sounds like your family could have got this inutero too, Rinne.
  17. Doctors are trained that this is a rare disease and only look for classical symptoms.
  18. Donna, You need to get tested. I'm thinking you have lyme too, Carla. Do you have to be referred to Rachel's doctor? I don't want you to wait a few more years for possible diagnosis. I wonder if you could go see the bioset lady and then self refer to the doctor. Makes sense to me. Yikes! What a time you had! I...
  19. That would make perfect sense to me. Souns interesting and scary at the same time. Please keep us posted. Always good to see you Richard. Sounds fishy to me. Maybe you can be referred to Rachel's new doc.
  20. It was 500 posts when I joined. I was so happy when I got to that point.
  21. Boy, I'd be mad too. Hopefully she'll see the guy tomorrow. Sounds like a good plan Laura. Keep us posted.
  22. If you are satisfied with the enterolab results there is absolutely no reason to do the biopsy/enoscopy. Some people have reported difficulty with insurance with a positive celiac diagnosis on their records. Although it really is up to you, depends on what "proof" you want. Enterolab is reliable as far as many are concerned.
  23. Yep, I thought it was for Laura as our intolerances don't cause the sickness she goes through. I'm very concerned about Laura going through that too.
  24. I understand. We'll all be here when you feel up to posting. I go through many times where I'm not that talkative, on the forum anyway. But I always read everything that everyone posts. I've got sick kids thanks to Mitch (j/k). Makes it even harder to try and figure out what to have when "things don't taste the same". I did call Freeda today...
