    I use grapeseed oil, I think the brand I've been buying is Napa Naturals or something like that. It's at Wild Oats. I like grapeseed oil because it can handle higher heat.

    Ohhh, I miss my kitties. I'm a cat lover but my kiddies are too young and rough yet. We also live in a rental that doesn't allow pets. I live vicariously through all your guyses pets.

    I like the enjoy life sandwich bread. It is on the spongy side I suppose but it tastes good IMO.

    I just saw this Jennifer. I'm glad to hear that everything worked out for all of you. I can imagine I would have been a crying mess...I cry very easily. I will be waiting for his results as well. Yes, he was brave and did good.

    Welcome! You do not need to be eating gluten for enterolab tests. I was very gluten light for 1 1/2 months when I did the test. You will find a lot of information on this site and a lot of kind, caring people. Please, if you will, let us know your results after you get them back.

    Enterolab will ship overseas, you would need to pay for overnight shipping, they may not require overnight with the gene test, not sure.

    Liz, I haven't tried it. I copied over an article I had saved that I found online. This is just a snippet from the article. I am not IgE allergic so it would be hard for me to know if it was causing problems with me. I went off soy in February and soy lecithin/soy sauce in May I think.

    I like Gluten Free Baking Classics by Annalise Roberts. I has muffins, breads, cakes, cookies, etc. She does use dairy and egg. The gluten flour in the air could cause you problems with cc. If you are intolerant and go gluten free you body will begin to react to cc.

    Her name is Cecile but since most people don't know how to pronounce it (I had to ask), she goes by Celia. She answers to both and I call her both.

    That sounds scary. I have an intolerance and don't have those reactions. I assume it would have caused damage to my intestines had I stayed on it. Of course, I haven't tried having it again, no interest.

    I am soy intolerant and LOVE Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips. I had to switch to those to avoid the soy lecithin.

    Carla, Morgan's smiling face is probably another reason this thread hasn't been very active. Hope all is well with her.

    Like it. Patti has a new one of her kitty that is cute too. Rachelville is almost dead because your smiling face isn't here. We've all branched out into helping newbies and such I think. How's school going? I've started homeschooling my daughter (1st grade). If she wouldn't be so hard on herself it would be much easier.
