I dont know if mine is the same but I get red sploches(sp) here and there on my upper back and upper chest that I think is from sodium laurel sulfates. I try to avoid those. Sometimes they show up in heat. They are circle looking. Mine go away awhile after a shower / shampoo or come out of heat. Mine improved when I went off sls shampoo.

Moongirl, I am trying to figure these catagories out myself. Dr. Nancy Appleton,PHD wrote a book, "Lick the Sugar Habit" She talks about how sugar causes a multitude of symptoms one being constipation and bloating. She said sugar upsets our body chemistry and suppresses our immune system, causes inflamation, upsets our mineral balance etc. A can of sport...

If you need to know where I got mine, let me know. Several friends have purchased an over the counter sinus cleanser at the drug store for about $10. it is the one that looks like an aladins...

The Santa barbara Company called today and all their salsa is glutten free. Talked to target and the chips are gluten-free but may have cc. What a shame. They were good. I also ate a Hershey dark chocolate bar. It was either the chips or the milk in the chocolate. I haven't been consuming milk but I have been eating hard boiled eggs. I am looking forward...

I used to get the kind where I'd bend down and couldn't move or it would hurt. Finally I went to the chiropractor and he said it was stress. I went to him about 4 or 5 times and gone. That was ages ago and it has come back a few times and I feel like mine was stress and not enough calcium. I used to cheer and if my ankle or back bothered me I would take...

I was reading about this and wondered if those of you who have it have noticed it went down after being gluten-free. I haven't had mine checked lately but I haven't been to the dr. lately. I hate to go. The last time I went was before this gluten realization and they wanted me on HRT that was 3 yrs ago. They actually got mad at me because I told them no...

Kaycee, I am new to this traveling thing too and I am going to plan ahead so I have plenty to eat. I do not want to eat anything bad. Just ate something wrong the other night and boy don't want to go there. I'm just going to pack until the car won't hold any more and go and treat it as an adventure. I really do hope you have a good visit with your parents...

What are yawl taking? I am taking fruits, salads, chicken, nuts, and I don't know what else. I will be gone 4 days. My first long trip. The hotel has a ref. but don't know how big so I am taking coolers. I plan on taking things to eat that do not need to be heated. It is too hot anyway. Oh, and some of those Chocolates from Wallmart. Thank you and I am going to get some of that Chocolate. I love dark chocolate the best. I did call target about those chips and they are sending me a coupon and wanted to know what happened to me. I told her digestive problems. I called costco about the salsa and they are getting back to me. I really messed up eating those. The chocolate will be in the... -
That is what I was taking-Psyllium. Fiber does lower cholesterol. Soluable fiber is well tolerated and is suppose to promote healthy flora. Disease and good health starts in the intestinal track . Fiber promotes regularity, increases bone mass and helps digestion. The glucomannan fiber is suppose to be well tolerated. Celiac 's I think have a tendency...

Thank you Sillyyak. It is so much to do just to eat! And I'm one of those that stays hungry ALL the time. I am beginning to think about semi-retiring. Between research, eating and liking my bathroom best ...are you retired? You know alot!!! I wish I had seen that about the fiber.
