    Try a couple of drops of unpasturized apple cider vinegar in your water. It also flushes out toxins. I drink it . LindaLee (don't have heartburn but heard it helps that) mine is bragg.

  13. I take extra magn. and the calc. mag. helps me sleep. They say you only absorb small amounts of calcium at a time so big doses just go to waste. LindaLee

  15. I take magnesium for helping the cal. to absorb and also as a protector for the heart. Could you try just that for a while and lay off the laxative? Magnesium works as a laxative. Dr. Becker said if you have too much magnesium you get diarrhea. I don't know if that has anything to do with us "celiac's" though. Ha, ha LindaLee

The bumps and itching on my hairline and head was severe and happened around the time my stomach broke out and itched like crazy - I think that was the gluten in the products and foods.   17. These are found in shampoos, soaps etc to give it a lather. I get welps on my upper body and head after using. Does anyone have this problem or have product reccomendations? I bought an organic shampoo without it but it not that great but the itching is gone. LindaLee
  18. I'm on a healing diet that does not allow rice. I also do not microwave much now due to the enzimes(sp) that say microwaving distroys. I need all of those I can get. LindaLee
  19. I bought a box of quinoa flakes a while back and put it in the frig. because I have never eaten it. It is ancient harvest organic. Any suggestions? How do you eat it? Thanks, LindaLee
  20. I buy plain and put it in my smoothie. I avoid any chemicals, sugar, and aspartane that is bad I avoid all the "tanes" Lots of lumps and cists and unneeded procedures caused by aspartane. LindaL
  21. I didn't go anywhere near that much but I found psyllium fiber made mine more normal -1 tbs a day- some days were normal. I bought a juicer so I juice alot. and eat lots of veggies. LindaLee
  22. I have a friend with that and she is miserable I think she is also on a few medications and not so healthly diet. I emailed her an article I found that said lack of iron and I think E. Also SamE helps.I don't know if SamE is gluten free - I have some but haven't taken it yet. It is suppose to be good for depression and liver health. I think finding...
