  3. Thanks Nini, Do you get it at a pet store? I will try that. Is it dry food? My cat is older -long-haired and keeps me busy with the litter box. What kind of litter do you use? I used to always be a dog person but they all went to heaven so I'm learning. Hope you are doing well. I know it has been a hard month for you. LindaLee
  4. Since going gluten-free, I have noticed the effects are POWERFUL like armetta said. The wine makes my stomach feel SOUR. Try just getting it out of the house and not bringing anymore in and tell your loved ones not to offer you any. Maybe that will help. LindaLee

I have been in the kitchen alot with this glutten problem now and one thing I try to do is make sure I rinse all every bit of the dishsoap off good cause it will cause D. And that is the last thing I need. LLee
  11. Thanks for responding. I am off grains --- I would like to make a trail mix. I am off tomatoes--gazpacho has them, right? Salads is what I will need. I do need some good recipes. Seems like what I have been fixing is kinda bland. Nut butters? I haven't made those. Things that can be eaten cold is really what I need to fix. I had grilled chicken and...

I started on noni juice and oil of oregano and after a couple of weeks it was gone. I actually prefer natural over medicine. I suspected yeast and went on Probiotics...

  18. Mango, I am glad you shared that. Another good reason to cook our own. Actually the only lunchmeat I ever bought was that genoa salami. It is packaged full of preservatives but so good in salads. Wonder if that is gluten-free?
  19. Hi Mart, I know that hurt but she will probably be calling you and act like nothing ever happened. Maybe she is on anti-depressants or some meds. that make her on the mean or on the uncaring side. I hope you will not dwell on her. I hope you don't let her get you down. Put on some happy music. Go for a walk. Do something for yourself. You sure deserve...
  20. An extreme trauma event brought on mine. I was diagnosed celiac as a baby and thought I outgrew it. I know I need to get checked out for damage but I am scared to go. I haven't had good dr. experiences. John Hopkins told my parents to keep me on complete bed rest and no visitors for 3 months and the diet for 2years. It just dawned on me in Feb. my poor...
  21. So much of what we do revolves around eating. I used to have so many get togethers with eating. I have skipped alot of functions. I am new to all this and have concentrated on learning the ropes. My prayers are with you and your loss. Hopefully she will come through for you. We understand and sometimes I think, "wouldn't it be nice if we all lived close...
