You've got me motivated to skip rope if I can find one. Skipping alone may look silly for me. I've got to exercise more and work on the ole' bones. Thanks for motivating me. I've just been walking and not enough of that. LL

Thanks, I had heard about the oj with the meat. I've been taking the Fesol every other day and B12 sublinqal (3000) mg. My chocolate cravings have faded. I'm trying to eliminate all sugar. I'm off milk and soy. I have noticed I don't crave spinach anymore. In fact, I really don't desire it. LL

Have you tried " Feosol"(carbonyl iron)? I just bought that from Wallmart. I believe that is the one Dr. Mercola recommends- I'll have to check. Do you also take B-12? LL

I used to have a little baby food grinder and would just grind up the food in there. Dr. Perimutter (wrote the Brain Book) suggests putting a little DHA (good fat) in the baby food - he said it helps with their brain progress(more alert, smarter and less chance of ADD). LL -
temperpedic adjustable-almost went with the temperpedic pillowtop (that bed is really great but you couldn't get that one adjustable). Just touch the button and you can raise your feet and or head. lindalee replied to PreOptMegs's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
Thanks, I think the scd diet sounds very healing. Have you been on it long? Anyone else here still on it? I read up on the book on Amazon last night and sounds like it even helps cholesterol. The Maker's Diet sounds like it has grains. I'm off grains, dairy, soy and most corn and nightshades. I have a multiple glass yogurt maker but haven't used it... -

Va. Beach, Va. I am still achey in the legs and shoulders. Legs are the worst. I've been doing the epson salt baths and drinking water. Do you think a gentle massage would help? The last one was hard. Usually that doesn't bother me but it was about 8 months since the last one. Plus, it was a rough year. LL

Oprah LOVES her bread! She tries to stay away from it. Maybe if she thought it might harm her she would listen. She has said in the past -how it puts weight on her thighs. Haven't watched her much lately (been on this site LOL LL -
No she was an instructor. Said the wasn't sure why my inter muscles of my calves vs the outer muscles were so weak( I believe that is what she said) - said she would have to research that. Thanks for your professional advise...
