  1. Haven't had this in years. Is anyone dealing with this? It is not oozing - has a yellowish tint. Did have a few potatoes(which I have been eliminating on my no nightshade diet) and ate semi-sweet chocolate in the trail mix. Any suggestions? Thanks, LindaLee

  4. I usually eat at the bar. I find they give me extra special attention there and are very careful to be sure my food is gluten-free. I try not to go during rush hour. My favorite is the Changs chicken( it is small pieces of chicken fried with a sweet sauce and the steamed veggies . The lettuce wraps don't fill me up at all. The scallops are real good...
  5. Hi, The section you probably need now is the product section. There are a lot of threads on shampoo and makeup. Try favorites. I use Avalon Organics Shampoo Tea Tree Mint Treatment. I have to use products without Sodium Laurel Sulfates because they cause me to itch and a rash. I still don't know of a conditioner. I just use the one with my hair color...

  8. I'm on a healing diet. No grains, beans, corn or night shades. I do have rice when I go to PFChangs @ once a month. I drink bottled water and all this has helped me. LL
  9. When small children come over they love a tray filled with small bowls that I fill with assorted foods. They usually eat it all. of course I try to always give them some of their favorites like olives or blueberries. LindaLee
  10. they say calcium keeps you thin--if weight is a problem-eat calcium foods. magnesium helps it to absorb. LL

  13. I had a delicious meal years ago. She put some pesto in the beef with it. It was so tender. She said she used this pesto with all the meat she put in it. She had a family member send her this special pesto. I plan to use my cooker and crock pot this winter. I eat alot of salads, fruits and veggies in the summer. LL

  17. I have been eliminating popcorn for a while and had this last night. I have been going without corn now for a while but thought I would try some since I had been doing so well. It is the only thing I can think of that could have set me back to the bathroom unless it was the stress from alot of traffic coming home from my trip. LindaLee
  18. Oil of oregano worked for me also I eliminated anything with sodium laurel sulfate. Noni juice also helped with the inflamation. I called downy and asked about the wrinkle reducer product and they never got back to me. I use gain detergent and the 2 balls for the dryer instead of fabric softner. They work great.
