    I'm not an expert, but I can pass on some things I've heard, and others I've looked up. The first is: 1:40 is not high, at least not high enough to be indicative of a specific disease.     I have this. It was much much worse before gluten-free. I was taking two allegra a day to try to function. Now it's pretty mild. When it starts to get bad I take an allergy pill and it knocks it back down. Don't know if that would help you.
