    If you feel fine with what your eating, don't worry about trying some other diet. Take the time to adapt to the gluten-free diet. If you've done that for a while, and don't feel well, then you can consider eliminating other foods.

    We opened all the family presents. The youngest would pass out the presents from under the tree, and the oldest would open first. We'd all take turns, each person opening one gift, and then on to the next oldest. We are seven kids, and two parents, so this took a really long time. Hence the need for all that food.

    The "Celiac genes" have not been shown to cause Celiac. They are only markers. If you don't have the marker, that doesn't mean that you don't have the genes(s) that cause Celiac.
