  4. More hugs! Hang in there, once you get through the hard part of doing something new it'll all start to feel easier.
  5. I don't have clear answer for you. I react to gluten and soy. A little of either and I get brain fog and fatigue. More soy leads to digestive problems, more gluten leads to headaches. I eat gluten-free foods 'made in a facility...' with no problems, I only have cc issues when I eat out, and I don't know if it's soy or gluten.
  6. I agree with this. Why shouldn't zero tolerance be the goal? Why shouldn't they label the trace amounts of gluten so people can make a choice? Perhaps that's another topic for the conference - should we work towards stricter guidelines and labeling?

  21. Keep a bag of nuts at work. Bring some cheese for the day (doesn't need to be refrigerated if eaten that day). Get some frozen, pre-cooked chicken, shrimp, whatever you can find and bring some in the morning. It'll thaw by lunch. Bring fruit/veggies to munch on.
