  1. I could never believe in meridians and other necessary personal powers in a way that would allow pyramids and crystals to work for me (I'm waaaay to conventional ) but hey, if you can make 'em work, more power to ya!
  2. Many people find that after they've been gluten-free for a while they have varying responses to gluten. Sometimes it's a huge response, sometimes delayed for a week, sometimes small. I would take this as a sign that you are doing a great job keeping him gluten-free, and you were fortunate enough to escape this one incident.
  3. SWIMMER EMILY SILVER FROM BAINBRIDGE ISLAND!! I had no idea she was from my little town!!
  4. And Darnit! Do your PT!! That DOES help most people.
  5. Y'know, that's the bottom line with any therapy, conventional or not. There is no 'one size heals all' and who's to say that your particular chemistry isn't such that you can detox with foot pads. I think it's unlikely that non-conventional therapies work for most people, but just as a few people get no benefit from standard treatments, there's gotta...

  15. But did they make any difference when you used them?
  16. be sure to post your results. I'd be interested in hearing what happens.
  17. Sounds pretty well thought out. I guess you could always check your bp after a chunk of cheese if you wanted to confirm it. Or after a spoonful of sugar. I know some people have problems with cane sugar, but not fruit sugar. It might be worth your time to check the cane sugar connection; at least you'd know and it would help you make decisions. I guess...
  18. hummus? tahini? cashew/almond/nut butter? walnut oil on your rice with shredded carrots?
  19. If you aren't the one doing the baking, can you limit your time in the shop to before the baking? If you're at the front counter, can you install a big fan, and a door between the front and the bakery section so there's no flour dust where you are?
  20. I'm curious how you can be sure it was the dairy and not the sugar (or the chocolate).
  21. Is this your version of cyber torture????
