  1. Instead of stopping at a fast food place I stop at a grocery store and get some meat and cheese to eat. Bonus if they have some gluten-free crackers or rice cakes.

  15. Whole chicken doesn't work so well. It cooks fine, but it's totally pale, and mine didn't have the infusion of flavor I was hoping for. I did cook it on high, so maybe a longer, slower cook would work better.
