    Me too, but I can't help you with restaurants other than Glutton's, they can do gluten free. I'm limited not only by the gluten but dairy, grains and nightshades as well. It's nice to have another Winnipegger on the board.

    I think wellness is a loop and what goes wrong one place causes everything to be off balance so yes, I think a heart that has been hurt and the hurt unhealed can contribute to illness.
