    peacenlove_girl17- no i dont do cross country because its the same time as soccer, but next year i am goin to see if i can do both. um i havent been running for a while but next week i will be running around 3-10 miles a day, usualy probably like 6 or 7. i think it feels refreshing to run Kaylabobayla- i love to ski too, but i am goin to learn to snowboard...

    yah i love running, and i am so happy cause track starts on monday and i do long distance. i am 15 almost 16. how old are you? my older sister played soccer in college and she had fun. do you do track or anything?

    yah i have been playing for long time on city teams, and i am on the highschool team. i play forward and some times center mid. i love playing it just so fun

    yah were do you get cinamon rolls. i loved those and used to eat them piled high with cream cheese frosting haha

    yah we make a lot of gluten-free foods and you can never tell the difference. whats your favorite gluten free food?

    I am also very sorry that you have to deal with this. I think that it is important that some people get endoscopies because some people will have negative blood tests but biopsies will show different and thats how they get diagnosed. I also suffer from reflux, so bad that i got an endoscopy for that. If we never had done that we would have never found...

    your cheap brands are probably safe, just read the ingredients. i havent found any jelly beans that i cant eat except for the buttered toast ones form jelly belly

    they ( i'm not sure who, but you can find it at any normal store near the chip section) make chips sorta like potatoe chips, but they are made from veggies, so veggie chips have to have more nutrition... right

    those tend to dry up faster and are best eaten in the first couple of days; make sure they are covered well.

    yah those are gluten free, my dad bought a couple boxes for christmas and we are still eating them. they are the best. yum!

    i actually don't think the diet is that bad. i eat a lot of what i used to just made gluten free- cookies, cakes, brownies, bread, pasta, pancakes, and so forth- plus i am not eating more fruits and vegetables. the only thing that gets me are crackers cant seem to find a good substitute for those, and when i watch some one eat a big cheesy slice of pizza...

    the delimex chicken and beef taquitos are safe, but not any of the other ones like cheese and chicken.

    i don't know if you can find a bread that doesnt have some sort of oil or fat in it, thats just on of the ingredients used in bread. but i second kinnickinnick its amazing, also try food for life its good too.
