Multivitamin

Anyone have suggestions for a multivitamin? I would love the gummie ones (makes me feel like a kid!) but just want something that won't make me sick!

What does everyone take?

Kim

That depends on what it is in a vitamin that makes you sick. I take Nature Made gummies that don't have iron in them because it is the iron in multis that make me sick. All Nature Made that are gluten free will say it on the back of the bottle, usually right over the supplement facts square. The brand has a whole bunch of kinds of gummies available so you wouldn't be stuck with just the multi necessarily if that isn't exactly what you want. They also have a B complex, C, D, calcium and some others. The multi does have iodine in it, so if you are avoiding that for any reason, it isn't a good choice, but the B complex still may be if you aren't needing the other things it has in it.
