    Celiac.com 09/22/2023 - We get a lot of questions about which foods and products are gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease. We especially get a lot of questions about which snacks are gluten-free. Lately, we've seen a lot of folks asking if Flamin' Hot Cheetos are gluten-free. The short answer is yes, Flamin' Hot Cheetos are naturally gluten-free and do not contain any gluten ingredients, nor do they list wheat as an allergen on their packages.

    We've done a few articles on gluten-free snacks, including one for the Super Bowl. In fact, we've even done an article on Cheetos being gluten-free, but the questions keep coming.

    Celiac.com 06/25/2019 - Just in time for summer, here are ten of America's top gluten-free potato chip brands. True, potatoes are naturally gluten-free, and so are potato chips, unless they've got added gluten ingredients. However, many brands do not label their chips as gluten-free, and many of these chips may be made on shared equipment. That's not necessarily a big deal, but some people like to play it safe.     Are CornNuts, INKA Corn, and other Corn Snacks Gluten-Free?
    Celiac.com 06/18/2019 - One question we see a lot is: Are CornNuts, INKA Corn, and other Corn Snacks Gluten-Free? The short answer is yes. CornNuts are labeled gluten-free and are safe for people with celiac disease.
    Increasingly popular Inka Corn is also gluten-free. Both snacks come in a variety of flavors. They're great snacks to have on hand for a road trip, hike, or as a compliment to your favorite gluten-free beer or other beverage.
    Several other companies make a corn nut type snack, including Manitou Trading Company, and Sincerely Nuts. Corn nuts are also a good option for people who can't eat tree nuts or peanuts. Remember, if you have a food allergy or sensitivity, always double check the label, and check with the manufacturer if you're not sure.
