    Celiac.com 01/19/2024 - The holidays often mean time spent with friends and family. They are also often mean lots of different kinds of food that might or might not be gluten-free. It's important for people with celiac disease to avoid gluten. So, it's important to know what is and what is not gluten-free. 

    We see a lot of questions about the gluten-free status of certain foods, candies, or snacks. We have mentioned Skittles on our a Safe Gluten-Free Halloween candy list. We even wrote an article about Skittles, and a bunch of gluten-free foods and snacks that folks might not realize are gluten-free.

Note that although some of these bars do not use "gluten-free" on their labels, they do list all ingredients and disclose whether they contain any of the top 8 allergens. If you're a candy bar lover looking for a reliable source of gluten-free candy bars, it's always best to look for bars that specifically marked "gluten-free," however, many of the bars in this list have been consumed for years by celiacs without issues, and don't contain any gluten ingredients.
