Which Probiotic Would Be Best? Newly Gluten Free, Need Some Advice

So since I e gone gluten free about a month ago I've been takin the probiotic acuflora. While buying it I knew little to nothing about probiotics, and I still don't really, except that some are better than others. I just grabbed the cheapest one I could find.

I'm still having a very sensitive tummy though, and I'm prone to diarrhea every three or four days. I know there are a lot of other factors in play and healing takes time, but which probiotics will set me on the best path? I've heard Culturelle is good for diarrhea sufferers. Does it come in pill form, or is it yogurt? How much should I be expecting to spend?

The studies I saw:

were for Bifidobacterium infantis 35624

I suggest a probiotic containing that which include Align and Natren life start.

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
