Montina Flour? Want To Add More "wheat" Flavor To Bran Muffins

Anyone know where to buy Montina flour? I can't find it anywhere! I created some mango-blueberry-cranberry bran muffins that came out really delicious but I want to see if I can add a little more whole wheat/wheat bran flavor. I heard that Montina is a great way to do that. Any help would be very much appreciated!!

If you Google it you will find it available online. I just did and it sounds interesting.

Actually, I haven't been able to find a place to buy it in a couple years.  Amazon doesn't have it; heck, the producer's website (amazingrains.com) doesn't even resolve any more.  I don't know what happened to it!

It's a little disappointing, I will say, as I loved that stuff!

I did google it but couldn't find anywhere that was actually selling it. Did you find a site that has it in stock?

Very strange isn't it! The only other place I thought might carry it is an Asian market because apparently it's native to India. I haven't called around yet though.

Indian rice grass doesn't mean from India. It is native to North America and is called that because of the native American kind of Indians, not the from India kind. Just to save you the trouble of looking for it somewhere you won't find it.

I noticed an Amazon thread came up but I didn't click on it until Tarnalberry said they didn't have it. They supposedly carry it but the site says they are out of it right now. Sorry. Didn't mean to get your hopes up.

I know that one of the health food stores in my area still carries this, I want to say

that the brand is Authentic Foods, but I'm not sure. Next time I'm there I'll look

for the brand name so I can tell you guys for sure, then you can contact the company

and see where they sell it or if they'll do mail order.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
