Anyone ever react to this product and what's your sensitivity level generally?

While we're on it, what about their ice cream? Specifically, does anyone have casein sensitivity react to it? They only advertise as lactose free.

Why would it have cow milk in it? Is that an ingredient? I can't imagine a soy milk would add cow milk but I don't drink them, so I haven't really checked.

I read the ingredients for one of their favors on their website. No milk. No gluten. Maybe you are intolerant to soy? I am a soy drinker (Silk brand) and am thankful that I can drink it. I am allergic to milk proteins and nuts and intolerant to coconut milk. The SO Good frozen desserts are gluten free and do not contain milk.

I suggest googling a list of all gluten ingredients to look for and to keep it with you until you have it memorized. Makes for easier shopping. Same for anything coming from a cow......whey, casein, lactose......

Hello, my first post here :)

I don't react well to So Good soy milk either so I decided to try a few different brands. I don't know if it's because of the way they process their soy or the added ingredients, but my body reaction was vastly different from one brand to another. The one I ended up choosing has a very mild taste and I have had no reaction for over 3-4 years with it. Moreover, they've recently released a soy for coffee and the Barista Blend, which makes my morning decaf tea sublime!

Might worth a try to check different products available at your local store? If you react to all of them, chances are you do not tolerate soy or one of the ingredient found in each of them.

Best of luck!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
