Glutino White Bread-Best Bread I've Had

I go in phases with gluten-free bread between buying it and not eating it.  The last time I decided to buy bread again, I had limited options, but the white bread from Glutino was available.  This is buy far the best tasting gluten-free bread I've had!  Toasting it with jelly or eating it untoasted doesn't matter because it doesn't fall apart, and it is delicious!  I was really excited to try their cinnamon raisin, but it didn't come close to the white bread.  Highly recommend!

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up. I think I will pick some up when we go grocery shopping on Friday. It will be my first grocery trip since being diagnosed.

If you can't find it.  I never have, Give Udi's a try.  They are very good and have White, Multigrain, Cinnamon Raisin, Bagels, and Their muffins are devine.  I also prefer rice noodles over corn.  They keep their integrity better.  Also try Shar Ciabatta Rolls.

Just remember to read every label every time.  And don't limit yourself to a product that says "Gluten Free"  Many grocery store items don't have wheat, barley or rye and are just not labeled that way.  Jasmine rice is very good too.

Have fun shopping  :D

We are new to all these products, and my daughter hated the Udi brand. But LOVES the Glutino, and I'm so relieved!

I so totally agree!!! The glutino sandwich bread was better then Pamela's and Bobs Red Mill. I am having trouble finding it again, I emailed them and I can order online. Also if you sign up for their emails they send you a coupon.

So far 3 months in - worsening symptoms. I have had the worst constipation in my life and I am primarily eating naturally gluten-free foods like potatoes, eggs, salad with homemade dressing, corn tortillas, etc. I hate gluten-free bread and pasta so I don't eat it. Occasionally I eat gluten-free almond flour crackers. As stated in the post, I don't have any vitamin deficiency. I was already tested.

Talk to your  Talk to your provider about testing for vitamin and mineral deficiency.  celiac disease causes malabsorption and eventually malnutrition.  Especially vitamin D. Having the gallbladder removed seems to be a common step on the way to a Celiac Disease Diagnosis,  Gallbladder is a sympton of deficient Choline. Eggs and red meat are the primary source..Choline makes up a majority of the bile salts.  The bile gets thick, doesn't get enough into intestine to digest fats well.  Can eventually back up into gallbladder, cause gallstones.  Without bile, bowel movements can become hard. Try to avoid all processed foods while you are healing, The gluten-free foods are not fortified with vitamins and use various ingredients to mimic fat that bothers many Celiacs.  Choose vegatables with low omega 6.  Optimum omega 6 to omega 3 ratio is less than 3:1.  Wheat flour is 22:1.  Grass fed milk is 1:1.   Commercial Dairies milk is 5:1.  They feed wheat, rye and barley Gluten as part of the food mix.

Your DGP-G is also high. The thing to do now would be to trial the gluten-free diet for a few months to see if there is improvement in symptoms.

Welcome to the forum, @Roses8721! How long were you off gluten before getting the celiac blood testing done? The testing is not valid after having been gluten free for a significant period of time. Many of your symptoms align with celiac disease.
