Trouble With Aleve?

Does anyone here have trouble with Aleve?

I know that there are no gluten ingredients in the caplets but the company says that due to cross contamination their product might not be suitable for celiacs.

However all of the threads I've found on it are very old but have many Celiacs saying they've never had a problem with it. I am trying to identify what I got glutened with last week. I usually take the kirkland vrand aleve which are labelled gluten free and have never caused a problem but I was on a trip and took name brand aleve for 2 or 3 days in a row and symptoms popped up. It could have been something else though, I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out.

Never had a problem with name brand Aleve. If you were on a trip were you eating at restaurants or other folks houses? Could you have gotten glutened at someplace like that?

Oh god no I never eat out! Ever. I pack all my food ahead of time and take it all in an ice chest. My boyfriend stays entirely gluten free with me for the whole trip as well. I absolutely cannot figure out where it's come from.

I remember having an allergic reaction to Aleve back in 2003, I learned one of it's inactive ingredients and me was not a match. I know another acquaintance of mine who is not a celiac or gluten intolerant can not take it either, we both do share a cardinal commonality and that is allergies to kiwi.

It could be the water you were drinking on your trip.  Each municipality does different things to water and you can react to that.  Also, medications like that can be hard on your stomach and that could be what is causing your symptoms.  Do you take the Aleve with food?

      I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets...

      I see it everyday on my feeds. They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts. I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field. Some days I would just like to scream. So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach...

Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver.After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
