I looked at the ingredients for all of the flavor and they all contain glucose syrup that may be made from wheat. However, on the website is says that technically they are gluten free with less than 20ppm. It still makes me a bit nervous though.. Has anyone tried these?

I've never had problems with caramels.  I usually have a candy dish of Werther's full all the time.  No troubles.  I like the coffee ones too.

Glucose syrup is highly refined. Here is the Canadian Celiac Association's comment on the subject in their ingredient dictionary:

GLUCOSE SYRUPS ... ALLOWED
A purified concentrated water-soluble solution of sugars. Can be made from a variety of starches such as corn, potato or wheat. The manufacturing process renders glucose syrups gluten-free regardless of the source of the starch.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
