I was looking around the internet and stumbled upon Abundant Life Foods.  I purchased some brownie mixes.  They were moist, chewy and delicious.  I recommend them.

1-2-3 Gluten Free brownie mix is really good too. It also makes enough for a 9x13 pan

Those look delicious!

I made some Glutino brownies for a party last Christmas and they were a hit!

I just saw this post as I was munching on a delish brownie made by a mix I picked up at Trader Joes called Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix.  It is SO good, moist and tastes just like the brownies I always loved.

I just use my regular brownie recipe from a Hershey's cookbook but substitute gluten free flour.

Do you use the gluten free all purpose flour (pre-mixed), or do you have to add xanthan gum?

RMJ Mentor

I've used various pre-mixed flours.  I add xanthan gum if it is not already in the flour.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
