gluten intolerant, dairy and fructose

i cant have gluten, dairy or fructose according to my gi doc.... 

i was wondeing what hot dogs are gluten-free df and hfcs free... 

also what spaghetti sauce can i have?

we like Newmans Own pasta sauce but I am sure there are other brands that don't use high fructose corn syrup.  Or you could make your own and freeze it in dinner size quantities.

If you have a Trader Joes in your area, they carry stuff without hfcs, and also carry lots of other stuff that's pretty healthy, edible by people with food intolerances, and prices very affordable.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
