I was in Kroger and happen to see hot coco, since it in te 20's here that sounded pretty good to me, and I saw netlse, and I was happy, cause we know Nestle cool with ingredients right? We guess they are ever cooler now, cause it says "100% Glutten Free" right on it! Is that new???

I love it when "mainstream" companies say gluten free on the package. It makes me so happy!!

Yay!! I will get some! It is nice when they do say it right on the package since the mainstream products are cheaper than the specialty ones. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the info, I posted a response from Nestle a while back with their gluten-free products. Actually my fave gluten-free coco, if you want to try others, is Swiss Miss FF Marshmellow Lovers ( I wrote and called Con Agra and posted them before too, they will never hide ingredients, and all their milk chocolate cocoa is gluten-free). Yummy! :P

Interesting, when I suffered for a few months with ectopics I noticed that carbohydrates would cause indigestion and bloating in my stomach, then that would lead to my heart skipping beats, and I could feel it in my throat, it was very unsettling.  My last serious bout of this was after eating a Muller Rice Pudding for breakfast.   I happened to be wearing a 48 hour halter at the time and cardiology picked it up, but they weren't worried about what they saw. There was some British doctor who'd made some videos on the Vagus nerve that I remember watching at the time which made sense of what I was experiencing, there did seem to be some sort of connection.

I asked my cardiologist about stopping vitamins.  He said his tests account for all detectable vitamins from sources other than food.  I only need to stop them for a couple of days.  He has me keep records of meds and vitamins I've ingested over the past 10 days and prior and he does his calculations.

Reply to treats I try and eat to bring up the glucose. Sometime I get up 3 times a night and eat something. I don't think food is the issue. A lot of the food they say should help doesn't.  Many mornings my level is 59 and I feel sick, sometimes for hours. It has been recommended I go to an Endocrinologist.
