Dragon Cake

New gluten free/grain free keto cake from my bakery, we do it dairy free also. No sugars or starches either using Swerve sweetener and stevia. The base is a ketogenic blend of coconut flour, egg whites, psyllium husk with red velvet extract and butter flavored coconut oil. The pan was dusted with a dark cocoa powder, doing normal cocoa next time so it does not look as burnt. But this is what I got, new item for my bakery. A dragon around a clutch of eggs

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
