Yay! Thanks for sharing. I LOVE Jelly-belly jelly beans.

If I remember correctly (big if) most of the flavors are gluten-free but not all. I think buttered popcorn is NOT safe.

I think it's the buttered toast flavor that's not gluten-free.

buttered popcorn was on a list saying it was not gluten free, but things change.

Yahooie! I love those things...especially the cherry, tangerine and cinnamon ones! They're the only ones I get!

I just downloaded the lastest version of Clan Thompson and it looks like the buttered toast flavor is now gluten free. :)

Here's the link that debmidge mentioned.

The Jelly Belly website didn't make a distinction on individual flavors not being gluten-free. It stated that their Jelly Belly jelly beans are gluten free...wouldn't that mean that all flavors then are gluten-free?

Anyone who wants more info ..and to verify specific flavors...should contact this manufacturer to clear any matters up.

This is exactly what they say in the Questions Section:

Question:

Are your Jelly Belly jelly beans gluten-free?

Answer:

Yes they are. We do not use any wheat, rye, barley, or oats in the recipe for Jelly Belly jelly beans. The modified food starch used in the manufacture of our jelly bean candies is cornstarch.

So with that I would say they are all gluten-free

https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/joim.70025 Very recent (September 2025) Finland study may be of interest. Borderline negative and low positive ant-TTG, with negative and positive EMA tests in patients diagnosed with Celiac Disease.

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍

Thankyou yes I read up on it beforehand , because or my trapped nerve when I have a bowel flare up it's impossible to keep still  which I will have to do for the MRI ,and it's so painful , and I know if this is what I'm thinking it to be it will cause me terrible issues , sometimes I get to the point where I just want to diagnose myself and act accordingly, because I've been at this year's , and I clearly have all the symptoms , it's so frustrating when you have all this going in and still feel no further ahead 😳
