I just wanted to note for anyone in the area. I finally got to dine at a pf changs and I must say the experience was great! First, I finally got my chinese food. I know we can make it at home and I have, but its just not the same. I have heard both positive and negative about this restaurant. My waitress was knowlegable, willing to help in any way she could and very on top of how my food was cooked. I felt like a "normal"person again for a bit. I just wanted to share my great experience there. We ate lunch there and after our show later that day, we ran there to order take out! '

Where in Atlantic City is a PF Changs?? I'm so excited!!

I went to PF Changs in Illinois and I had a great experience. They made my sauce for my rice special - gluten free!

I love Changs! They just changed their gluten free menu a bit. I used to get their mango chicken, but that has been replaced by a dish called something like "Phillip's Better Lemon Chicken", which is wonderful too. I also had the "Budda's Feast" steamed mixed veggies (broccoli, pea pods, the tiny corn cobs, asparagus, carrots). But after having all these chats with the server about the gluten-free menu--he mentioned they get 7 or 8 requests for it per day—at the end when he brough the bill he left 2 fortune cookies!! So much for gluten awareness!

The PF Changs in Atlantic City is in the Tropicana Hotel and Casino. I too got fortune cookies but only with my takeout order. The rest of the experience was great.

I had a great PF Changs experience in Ft. Worth, TX too. I had the lettuce wraps appetizer, which was AMAZING, and the Chinese chicken salad, which was also REALLY good!

Ditto -- Today I went to Lunch and was treated with knowledge, had great, healthy & delicious food, and I want to return asap!

This brand new restaurant is in Fresno, CA and is very popular

I can truthfully tell you that no gluten was in my meal! I usually can tell if there is hidden gluten, and today I feel wonderful!

There must be a way to inform the restaurant that they are great!

It looks like their most recent clinical trial just finished up on 5-22-2025.

Dear Scott,  please check the link https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05574010?intr=KAN-101&rank=1 What do you think about it?

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
