I use Best Foods tarter sauce. I think Kraft has one also and they will list wheat if it in the product.

I found these on delphi:

Duke's (000.000.0000) (00/00/00)

Reduced Calorie & Regular Mayonnaise; Sandwich Spread; Tartar Sauce

McCormick (800.632.5847) (vp=12/23/02)

Golden Dipt Tartar, Cocktail, and Scampi Sauces

Also, if Kraft makes a tartar sauce, it would clearly be market on the label if it is safe...... (I ALWAYS check for Kraft first when looking for a product - I trust them most......)

I believe I have used the Kraft Tartar Sauce before. It isn't something I buy all the time, so please be sure to read the label, ingredients could have changed.

I add pickle relish to Hellman's mayo, and add sugar. That is basically tarter sauce.

Congrats! Can you share the recipe? We just picked up a bread maker from an estate sale and are experimenting.
