Best for what? Your question isn’t clear. Most toothpastes are gluten-free, and some people don’t like fluoride some people do, some people have sensitive teeth and need special toothpaste for that… What kind of toothpaste are you looking for?

We have used Tom’s of Maine for over 20 years.  I like the taste.   It is even labeled gluten free.   It is at places like Target now.  But I use those Crest samples  my dentist gives me, though I save those for my travel bag and they are not labeled gluten free (you have to read the ingredients).

      Blood Test for Celiac wheat type matters?

      I'm not saying that some celiacs won't need it, but it should be done under a doctor's supervision because it can cause lots of problems in some people.

      Airborne Gluten?

      I also noticed I get debilitating migraines when I smell gluten, wheat and its not taken seriously when it affects one in every way.Im still begging to properly be heard.I also noticed tolerance level is down the drain with age and life changes. I have been told by incompetent medical that im not celiac or that sensitive. Diagnosed in 1994 by gi biopsy gluten...

Iodate is reduced in the gastrointestinal tract and absorbed as iodide [2,5]."  That would certainly include malabsorption of Iodine due to Celiac Disease with resultant Iodine Deficiency.       Wheatwacked, are you speaking of the use of potassium bromide and and azodicarbonamide as dough modifiers being controlling factor for what? Do you refer to celiac reactions to gluten or thyroid disease, kidney disease, GI cancers?
