I know everyone says Jello is gluten free but the label says artificial flavoring. Isn't that likely to be in a grain based alcohol? Claire

Jello is fine, not all artificial flavoring is gluten, only some, and Jello is not one of those. It's safe, enjoy.

Jello brand is made by Kraft and they will not hide gluten in their ingredient lists.

I eat Jell-O almost every day as a snack, and it is fine.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
