I have read in a number of places that Soy is on the NO list. Does anyone know if this is just Soy sauce or is all Soy a NO? For instance, almost all potato chips contain "partially hydrogenated Soybean oil", many Mexcan foods ar fried in Soybean oil and most choclate bars contain Soy Lecithin. One of the perks to this diet is/was eating all the chips and choclate I wanted. I'd hate to lose that, but if I must, I must.

Soy is ok....some people avoid it because they have a seperate intolerance to it. From a gluten standpoint soy is safe. Most soy sauce contains wheat so unless you can find a soysauce w/out wheat (there are some brands) it is not safe.
