i just found these at my local health food store and they look really good.

there are like 5 flavors that are gluten-free and i got 3 that are gluten-free and df.

they are just little snack bars , but not junk food. all natural..yummy.

Well, the decision will be up to you...but my experience with those bars was not good. I called the company several times and each time the staff I spoke with acted very incompetent...and each time they told me all of their bars were gluten-free. Which they clearly were not! Due to that, I decided to steer clear of them. But that was maybe about a year ago...So maybe they deserve a second chance? I would call them and see what response they give you, and on their allergy procedures too.

hhhmmm.. thats scary.

they say gluten-free and dairy free right on them and the ones with oat in them dont, but i think im to afriad to try them now. thanks for the warning. i think ill steer clear also!

this is an old post but..

I used to eat the Kind fruit and nut bars all the time and didn't get sick. Yesterday I had one KIND fruit and nut with yougurt bar, and I felt nausea afterward. This morning I had two, and I feel like I'm dying. My stomach is in knots and I had to throw up. UGH! Make it go awayyyy! I don't know if it's gluten, because there are no gluten ingredients, or maybe I have other food allergies/intolerances. Maybe it's too much to digest the nuts... Whatever it is, it's no fun!

Oh noooooo...........I eat those and the Sesame peanut ones all the time!!!!!!! maybe that's why I feel so cruddy today- ate one yesterday and have a screeching headache and woke up with nausea in the middle of the night (I have Lyme so sometimes it's VERY hard to figure ouot which symptoms come from where). POOPY COW! Those bars are so tasty!

They also have an unusual political statement on their label. Unusual, in the sense that you don't see this often. They are an Austrialian Company.

The Almond & Coconut lists: Coconut Chips, Glucose, Puffed Rice, Chicory Fiber, Soy Lectithin.

I had one a couple days ago just to try out - no problem. I'll probably eat it again. And it was yummy with a good chewey/crunchy texture.

I think it was coconut apricot with a nut (I've thrown away the wrapper so can't check). I know it didn't have any cereal type ingredients. This bar had fewer ingredients than some of the others, and I would have avoided any dairy in any case.

i've eaten these with no problems, except that they flare up my TMJ because they're either crunchy, or too chewy. i really liked them :)

How bad can this get ?? Does it go away??  How long ? Thank you

Thank you for all the excellent information. I moved from Wyoming to California. May be its where I am located but So far none of the Costco Kirkland brand I have looked at is labeled gluten free. Same with the Sam's Members Mark. The Kirkland nuts you mention all say they are processed in a plant that processes wheat.  I am going to keep checking. Thank you. The Azure Market looks promising 😁 Take care S

I’m glad you have a clear answer.  Some endoscopes have enough magnification for the doctor to see the damage during the procedure.

Welcome to the club!😉 This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

I could not find the thread, but I recall at least one user who was drinking regular gluten beer daily but getting celiac blood tests done often (I think it was monthly) and doing a biopsy each year and all celiac disease tests were always negative. Everyone is different, but in general regular beer would be considered low gluten (not gluten-free!). I have no issues with Daura Damm, but those who are super sensitive might.
