Is so yummy!!

I found a loaf at a local grocery store and I couldn't wait to get home and try it.

I hovered over my once forgotten toaster and inhaled the smell of yummy bread,, that I knew I could eat!

Delicious!

I just had to share my experience....

I'm going to go toast some more now....

(I had the white italian.)

Welcome to the joys of Kinnikinnick :D They also have yummy donuts and English muffins. Not to mention lots of cake and cookie mixes, also pancake mix :P Enjoy!

I'm hoping this doesn't put a damper on your day. Was your toaster ever used for wheat bread? If so, it is NOT safe to use for your gluten free stuff anymore unless you're using toaster bags and even then there's a risk of CC.

Yes,, it was used all the time when I use to toast wheat and other breads... Also, my husband uses it.

I think I might go out and buy myself a new toaster. Just for me to use. Hopefully I wont' get "glutened" today. So far so good!

I better go out today and buy my toaster,,, I want my toast tomorrow!!!

It's such a wonderful discovery for me. I feel that things will be better from now on. I really do.

I'll have to try those english muffins,, I miss them!

I think all the Knickiknick stuff is good... try the chocolate donuts too!!

where do you buy them? Are they frozen or in a mix that you have to make? I haven't found any fresh bread that is gluten-free, just the frozen stuff that is so old the ice crystals are covering all of it!

They are in the frozen section. Stores here seem to sell quite a bit so they look ok but you can always order from their website.

The dry mix is great and quick. I make muffins and buns quickly with it. It also makes great loaves. I AM IN LOVE WITH THE STUFF!!

If you get a Whole Foods near you anytime, try their sandwich bread, it is even better than the Kinnikkinikk....I wonder how many different spellings there are out there for that???----anyway, I buy it when I can't get the Whole Foods stuff but it isn't as good. I remember when I first found kin------, I had been eating something that I had from the health food store which was pretty bad. Then there is that horrible Energy Bread----something akin to saw dust. We are coming up in the world, anyway, aren't we? Barbara

      I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets...

      I see it everyday on my feeds. They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts. I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field. Some days I would just like to scream. So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach...

Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver.After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
