If you live in Arizona there is a pizzeria that has Gluten Free Pizza and Beer and it is amazing! They use seperate ovens, utensils and their servers know everything about Gluten!! They even stopped me from ordering the ranch dressing because it isn't Gluten Free. Check out their website if you are interested... Open Original Shared Link

I have eaten at the Tempe one and even my husband thought the gluten-free pizza was great. Glad you enjoyed it.

Isn't great! A lot of my friends have tried the gluten-free Pizza and they all agree that it is pretty good. Have you tried any of their appetizers yet? I have had the Cheese Bread...it is pretty good too!

I have tried the chicken wings.

When are they coming to Texas? I want to eat there! The menu looks great :D

They are now selling franchises. They sold one a couple of months ago in one of the southern states. You might email them and ask if they have sold one in Texas.

I was in Arizona this past week (my parents live out there) and I went to Picazzos in Tempe twice. It was so great to eat pizza, a little expensive, but I really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Everyone who worked there didn't even hesitate when I asked for the gluten-free menu, and assured me I would enjoy the meal and would be safe. I had my first Red Bridge too -- not bad...

I am in Southern California and I haven't found any restaurants like that out here -- guess I gotta go see mom and dad more often! :P

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
