my girlfriend is going there this week for a concert and was gonna take some extra money to pick me up lots of good gluten free stuff not available in town, anyone know of spots that cary like chebe or tinkikadink the stuff i cant find at fred meyers ( all i can find is Ener-g and Enjoy) preferable close to the rose something concert hall, im going up there next month for a concert as well and am going to be looking for restruants

Lingonberries Market is in Vancouver. It is just over the border into Washington. It is only about 15 miles from the Rose Garden exit. Take I-5 north to exit 2 I think. You'd be looking for highway 500 east. Take that highway about 6 miles, you will cross over I205. The light where 500 meets with 503 is 117th. Go through the light and the store is in the complex to the left after the light. The website is www.lingonberriesmarket.com and the address is 6300 NE 117th Ave Suite B-5, Vancouver WA 98662.

This store is a gluten free dreamland. They have a little of everything. Totally gluten free except for some beer they carry.

      New labs are now very elevated

      Hello, I was very stick, with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel. Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change? What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?...

One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to...

      I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
