Gonna Have A Hamburger

I finally got my box of food from Ener G I ordered last week, YEAH!!!!! One of the things I couldn't wait to get was the Seattle Brown hamburger buns. Now that I can finally have a real burger the question is how do I fix-heat-prepare the bun?? I want my first one to be good and not discouraging. Any sugestions??????

don't eat them cold that's for sure! I did that it was BAD!!

If you are grilling out your burgers, you can put a little butter on the flat side and toast them on the grill, I have a sneeking suspicion that would also work on the stove top. I used to know how to steam them in the microwave, but I can't remember the details.

I haven't tried that particular kind of bun... I usually get Kinnikinick buns that are frozen. I've found with most gluten-free breads they are better if you either warm them til soft in the microwave or toast them... at our last support group meeting, it was suggested that before you put your gluten-free bread or buns into the microwave, spritz them with a little water to make them moist.

I had my burger and it was wonderful. I brushed it with a little olive oil and then grilled it, YYYYUUUMMMM
