I am hoping that ortega taco shells are gluten free because if they arent, I just glutened myself and that sucks! Gee I hope someone replies soon so I can eather start feelin sick or start feelin better.

Ortega will label gluten if there is any. I have eaten those shells before with no problems. :)

Did you use any seasoning in the meat? That can be a source of gluten, too.

I've used Ortega taco shells in the past with no problems... also used Mission and Old El Paso...

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
