i got new plates for my birthday with the intent of them beeing used for gluten free only, of course im not awake 24/7 and my girlfriends friends used my plates for pizza, now im wondering if i can even get them proporly cleaned seeing as, my plates are ceramic, but they are coated so they may be ok? should i just throw them away?

glazed ceramic is fine. just clean them well and you'll be fine.

Tiffany is right. The materials you have to worry about as far as not being able to get clean are wood, worn teflon, scratched plastic, and cast iron. Dishes, stainless steel pans, knives, silverware, ceramic bowls, mugs, and anything made of glass are easy to clean because they aren't porous.

alright cool, wew i almost had a fricking fit, been a bad day today for me

did not get to eat for 11 hours my stomic was killing me finally got home around 9:30 and cooked up my dinner ahh much better but my heads all fd up so i was blaming the dishs

I'd say you're feeling bad because you waited too long to eat. My non-celiac husband gets terrible headaches when he doesn't eat.
