Dark M&m's?

Has anyone tried the new Dark M&M's??? I bought a bag a few days ago...and love them!! However, it's the only thing I've eaten that I figure is causing me to have "D" 3-4 times a day. I haven't been in a lot of pain or anything....so I'm not even sure it's a gluten reaction. Might just be a bug or something. I read the ingredients and it has Dextrin in it...and my list says that as long as the dextrin is manufactured in the US it should be okay (depending on what it comes from.. corn, soy, wheat...etc..). Anyone tried them and had a bad reaction? Or any opinion on the ingredient dextrin?

Dark chocolate M&Ms?? I finally found the white chocolate ones (ehhh, not as good as I had hoped), but dark chocolate is my absolute favorite!!!

Sorry, that was no help. If I find some I'll give 'em a try and let you know how it works for me.

Jenny,

They DID make dark chocolate M&Ms awhile ago, just for a short time as some type of Star Wars promotion. Of course, I couldn't find them anywhere, every place was sold out, so I never got to try them. :( I heard they were really good though. I hope we both can find some this time!!

Me too! I'm going to look for them this weekend ;)

I just called the company, and their gluten-free message hasn't changed, all M & M products, except for the crispys are gluten free.

Thanks, Patti!! I'm glad to hear they're still claiming to be gluten-free. It must have been something else I ate... or just a sour stomach. Thanks for the help!!

Good luck finding them...they're yummy! They're in a purple bag...only in a large bag - not the small 50 cent sizes. I found them at a super walmart in the candy aisles. I have yet to try the white chocolate ones... hopefully they still have them by the time I get around to buying them.

"Conclusions: The urinary iodine level was significantly lower in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and iodine replacement may be important in preventing osteoporosis"  Body iodine status in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis Low iodine can cause thyroid problems, but Iodine deficiency will not show up in thyroid tests.  Iodine is important for healing, its job is to kill off defective and aging cells (Apoptosis). Skin, brain fog, nails, muscle tone all inproved when I started taking 600 mcg (RDA 150 - 1000 mcg) of Liquid Iodine drops. Some with dermatitis herpetiformis, Iodine exacerbates the rash.  I started at 1 drop (50 mcg) and worked up to 12 drops, but I don't have dermatitis herpetiformis.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
