Sugo In Roswell Ga

Okay - so I'm late in posting about our event last week but better late than never, right - lol?! Okay up front I must say that there are three Sugo restaurants in the Metro Atlanta area - only the original one in clock Tower shopping center on S. Atlanta rd. in Roswell can accomodate us (that we know of). This place understands what gluten is and about cc. However, if you want gluten-free pasta, you must give a few days notice as they don't always have on hand. Once there, I'd ask for Chris or Kristin as they are servers that seem to know what they are doing, with regards to serving gluten free meals safely. It was the best experience to date for me with the meetup group since I don't care for chains which is where we usually end up. I am not affiliated with this place but their website is www.sugoresturants.com and if you eat dairy, get the Bombe dessert.

My Brother and I absolutly loved our gluten-free pasta there and my boyfriend enjoyed his gluten-food. However, if you can't do spicey foods I'd suggest discussing it with them first because my Mother had problems with the spicey tomato sauce. I was suprised at how many people turned up!

I went out to this place again last night. I told them we'd be having gluten-free pasta over the phone and that we were vegetarians. When we got there they were very happy to inform us that they had bought gluten-free pasta for us and our waiter went over other things we could have in addition to that. The pasta was delicious and I had a wonderful time!

How awesome! We have friends that live around the corner from there so we are going to be able to meet them for dinner there now. The husband is a vegetarian so I'll not be the only one eating a modified meal. What dish did you have with the pasta?

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
