Guess what, Bay Area folks? We can now go out for pizza! Not only that, but THEY DELIVER!

Pizza Rustica is now serving I Can Eat That gluten-free crusts. They are available at their Rockridge location and if they do well there, they will become available at the Montclair location.

Just call ahead for the 'wheat free' crust to be sure they are

in stock. You may also want to request that they use a separate pizza stone (or whatever it is that they bake the pizza on).

I am so excited (I miss pizza so bad!) I can hardly wait to have an excuse to have a pizza delivered!

Also in the East Bay: Open Original Shared Link.

My mom told me about this place but I haven't tried it yet. It sounds awesome, and the website even says that everything is gluten-free.

Socca Oven is yummy, but it's really nothing like pizza. It's totally delicious, however.

I haven't tried PIzza Rustica yet but when I do I'll let you all know how it is.

I haven't had good luck here. They readily admit that they do not isolate the pizza that well and I had problems after eaating there (not totally scientific but enough that I won't be back).

On the bright side Bucci's in Emeryville seems to be isolating their gluten free pizzas (also Mariposa Baking crusts)well enough that I don't have issues afterward.

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.
