Just Got My Ener G Order

As you can see I am a little excited about getting my first order from Ener G on my shelves. I got the first half yesterday evening and the rest today. I have already sold to three people, one being me. They are even more excited than I am if that is possible. No more hour long drives to get a loaf of bread.

That's great, Jenny! I'm happy for you--and your customers :)

That's great Jenny!

Did you order their baking powder or baking soda?

I love their crackers and the hot dog buns! I just had hot dogs for dinner earlier tonight and I toasted the EnerG buns in my toaster oven, they were soooooooo good! The store that I shop at recently started carrying a lot more of their products too and while I don't like their sandwich breads, I do love the crackers and the hot dog buns! I've got some pound cake to try too, and they have these chocolate chip bars that are soooooo yummy! Kind of like a crispy rice energy bar, but very addicting!

Has anyone tried their cinnamon crackers? They look good and I'm thinking about trying them next. I just don't like to spend a lot on gluten-free specialty products if they aren't good.

I did not order any baking sods or powder yet. I made up some brochures and gave them out to have people circle what they wanted to see in the store. I did get the crackers--I love them--choc. chip bars. I have tried the cinnamon crackers they were ok but I didn't order them for the store---yet. I called one customer and told her that my stuff was in and she was there within 3 minutes. Thanks for all the positive comments.

I agree the cinnamon crackers are ok, I don't think they were worth the $6.50 I payed for them. They reminded me of corn tortillas that have been fried in oil and covered in cinnamon and sugar, but are slightly stale.

"Conclusions: The urinary iodine level was significantly lower in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and iodine replacement may be important in preventing osteoporosis"  Body iodine status in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis Low iodine can cause thyroid problems, but Iodine deficiency will not show up in thyroid tests.  Iodine is important for healing, its job is to kill off defective and aging cells (Apoptosis). Skin, brain fog, nails, muscle tone all inproved when I started taking 600 mcg (RDA 150 - 1000 mcg) of Liquid Iodine drops. Some with dermatitis herpetiformis, Iodine exacerbates the rash.  I started at 1 drop (50 mcg) and worked up to 12 drops, but I don't have dermatitis herpetiformis.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
