I am not 100% sure what you are asking. But I will try answering your question as I understand it (and I may be wrong, if I am please correct me).

People can come here as guests, they are able to read everything, but are unable to post. If you aren't registered, you cannot actively participate.

If you are a registered user, but you don't want your name to pop up below the thread, saying that you are there and reading right now (and being listed in the list of active members on the forum home page), you click on being invisible (anonymous), meaning that nobody will see you are there, unless you make your presence known by posting.

Thanks so much for clearing this up for me. I don't really know what I'm doing. How do I post? I typed in info and questions for my daughter in college with questions. That was three days ago. I still have not had any responses. What is friends and does not having any messages mean that no one has responded to my posted comments or did I not post correctly. I'm getting frustrated. I look several times each day at my site and no one wants to talk to me. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Bri's Mom

Where did you post? I went and checked all your posts, and two of them were just quotes without any input from you, and this post is the third one. You must have done something wrong.

If you want to start a new thread, do this. First, go to forum home. Choose the forum you want to ask the question in (which depends on your topic), and go there. Click on 'new thread', and type your question into the window that pops up. When you're done, you can click on 'preview post', to check for mistakes and to make sure it is what you want to say. If you're happy with it, click on the submit button.

A moderator will check it out to make sure there is no inappropriate content in your thread, and that you posted in the right forum for what you are asking and pin it if approved (and possibly move it into a different forum if the topic isn't a good fit for the one you chose).

I hope this helps.

From their website I see "organic barley leaf powder" as an ingredient. Keep in mind that the gluten is in the kernel, and not in the leaves. https://drinkag1.com/about-ag1/ingredients/ctr

Before the rise of social media we were well known by a lot of doctors and were recommended by many, especially our Safe & Forbidden Lists, but as doctors get younger and younger this is probably not happening as much as before.

Thanks Scott I will definitely check my vitamins and minerals to see what I am missing so then I can supplement. I was very concern about my Meniers syntoms and i tryed to find some alive. Now im just realizing that my celiac is provably the root cause of my Meniers none of the 12 doctors I saw told me anything about this.  This web site is so helpful, thanks to people like you we can get answers.

Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to rib pain. Chest pain stemming from the ribs ccould be costochondritis, which involves inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breastbone. This pain can range from mild to severe, potentially mimicking heart attack symptoms, and is often worsened by breathing or movement. Other potential causes include muscle strain, rib fractures, or even referred pain from other conditions.  It will also help to chose vegetables low in omega 6.
