I really need some ideas of good mixed drinks that I can order that are gluten free!

I know distilled vodkas, rum & tequila are gluten free.... But what are some drinks I can order?

ALso is schnapps ok? and what about like a pina colada or daquri?

Please Help me w/ some yummy drinks I can Have!

Ahh, to be 21 again....uh, never mind (brain fart).

Amanda, I am not very good about sweet mixed drinks, but someone can help you out.

Congratulation on your coming of age. :)

Congrats on your birthday and have fun on your trip!!!

When I went I stuck to wine and champagne. I was worried about drinks that even if they were gluten-free, they would be mixed up with ones that were not gluten-free (spillage, or waitress grabbing the wrong drink).

As far as food, I had great experiences at Emeril's Fish House in the MGM Grand, the Outback across the street from the Mirage, and I took a lot of my own food too.

Have fun!!!!

I am going to Las Vegas on 3/2 and I never take my own food. I stay at the Mirage and eat only there. Kokomo's and Stack are fully aware of gluten free eating. At both the chef will come out and talk to you, if you ask. I have lunch at Carnegie Deli and get the corned beef or pastrami. My hubby and I ask for the meat on one plate and the bread on another (for him). It is MORE then enough for two people. I used to take my own bread to the Deli, but I don't anymore as I love just the hot pastrami. As far as drinks, I don't know as I stick to wines at dinner and a Vodka and Tonic at other times. You might try emailing broncobux as he lives in LV and is aware of everything ot eat and drink. Have a great birthday.

Also, if you do want to bring snacks, any of the hotels will usually put a frig in your room - just ask.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
