When i was in process of finding the gluten free medications ,it was a matter of trial and error initially. During Covid alot of my medications were cheaply made with talc,and food starch that had gluten in it. Again, I had to do my own leg work and call the pharmaceutical companies on my own ( ask your pharmacist for a list of the pharmaceutical companies...- allergy

I have not made my own juices but have made my own granola copycat recipe from Trader Joes Turmeric ginger granola. Have you made your own juices? blending vs cold pressed what is better? -
