If they are made by Glenny's this is what they say.

Are glenny's products Wheat & Gluten free?

Soy Crisps: All soy crisps are wheat & gluten free.

Slim Carb Snacks: All Slim Carb snacks are wheat & gluten free.

Slim Carb Bars: All Slim Carb bars are wheat & gluten free, with the exception of the Berry Blast flavor.

Light-N-Crispy Bars: Only the Sugar-Free Soy-Fudge Dip Bar is Wheat and Gluten Free. All other Light-N-Crispy Bars are NOT wheat and gluten free.

Veggie Chips: Veggie Chips are wheat & gluten free.

If they are made by Genisoy those appear to be also but I would check for the flavor you want to be sure.

If those are not the maker you could try googling the company and the word products name and the word gluten.

I love Soy Crisps.... there are a few different brands that I like -- just check the ingredients on the package to find out!

So there was no physical, plastic card involved, correct?
    • Francis M
When my wife attempted to open the online card in the store with a cashier, it would not work. We then showed the owner the link to the card, the online receipt that I got upon purchase, and even my bank statement confirming the purchase. That did not satisfy her, since she said she needed the link to open to reveal the gift ID num. They even admitted they had a systems problem around that time.

Was the card itself lost or just the record or both?

We were flabergasted that the owner would not acknowledge a $50 e-gift card I purchased for my celiac wife. My wife tried to open it in the store and was informed there had been a system change and they could not find the record. No worries, she was told, just talk to management. Six months later, and numerous absurd back and forths, and the owner literally informs me there have been "bad actors", so she can't make good on this lost gift card. In other words, she accused me of lying and committing fraud... over $50! Please be careful with your orders and purchases here.

Yes, some people do get withdrawal from gluten but gluten withdrawal doesn't usually cause gut pain. Maybe more like general body aches and discomfort. We have articles on gluten withdrawal on this forum. You might do a search for them. Applesauce is very acidic and some brands have added vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which makes them more acidic. This can damage the stomach lining if you eat it too often. Especially if your stomach lining is already compromised. Ibuprofen inhibits the body's ability to rebuild the stomach's protective mucosal lining. That's why it can cause peptic ulcers. As strange as it may sound, low level irritation/inflammation stimulates the body to rebuild the stomach lining. There are two steps in this rebuilding process known as COX 1 and COX 2. Ibuprofen represses both COX 1 and COX 2. Celecoxcib, a prescription anti inflammatory, inhibits only COX 2, making it less likely to cause damage to the gut lining.
